"This hotel is the perfect location if you want to be close to Heathrow Airport. We rode the bus from the car rental place and it took less than 15 minutes. The staff was great. "The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient. "The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay."

Smelly bathroom, noisy fridge, very light in room at night due to fire exit light in room ...hard pillows. Also very glad breakfast wasn't included based on what we saw. Overpriced for what it is. "

You would think this property is located in the airport like the description states but this hotel is 20-25 minutes from the terminal and $60 in an Uber. We booked this as a quick overnight stay to take an early morning flight and were disappointed. While driving to the hotel we past at least 5 other hotels that were within 5-10 minutes.
