"The hotel was very tired and could do with a renovation, mattresses were very old and not the most comfortable.
Plenty of parking however people parking in disabled bays without a blue badge.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
You get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel, and suited our needs."

"The location was excellent and the price made it a very reasonable option. The room was clean, and although I did have to change rooms due to a broken air conditioning unit, this was handled without disrupting my sleep or overall stay too much.
Parking was straightforward once I realised you need to drive right up to the shutters to access the intercom for entry.
That said, the hotel does feel a little tired in places. The carpets in the rooms could do with updating, and unfortunately I had...

"Lovely welcome and nice space in reception with free Tea / Coffee. Parking is free and plenty of space. The bed is massive!!! Really good location for the M5 and about 25 min drive into the city centre. The restaurant was great too. food lovely and staff nice. Only 10 mins drive away from Blaise Castle park run too - what a bonus!"
