"Stayed in a prestige room and it was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable although the mattress was on the slightly softer side. Tall ceilings on the first floor rooms. The pool was a little lack luster and on the small side but nice to have as an option. Small gym area equipped with all essentials. Valet parking worked smoothly. Staff is professional and friendly, we really found this property to be a true 5 star experience. We will stay here next time we’re in Bordeaux."

"Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."

"Wonderful hotel, I would love to come back here. Lovely bar, cinema room, private spaces in the lobby with board games and books. The rooms were also great with wonderful bathroom products. One of my favourite hotel experiences in a long while."

"Everything Was Great. The Breakfast Buffet Could've Been better. Not crazy about the cold Scrabbled Eggs and the staff wasn't really friendly in the dining room. The front desk and house keepers were very friendly. I personally wouldn't do the breakfast again."

"Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück prima. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Fernbusbahnhof (Flixbus) und Bahnhof. In die Innenstadt ist es etwas weiter. Die Zimmer sind funktional, die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch bei über 40 Grad draußen sehr gut."

"Wonderful old building that was well maintained. Central location close to cathedral and restaurants/ bars, although no view. Air conditioning great having travelled from Paris during the heatwave. Staff very helpful and friendly speaking very good English."

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and charming. I highly recommend this place — 10/10. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bordeaux."
