But then they used very strong chemicals in the ajoining unit in the middle of our stay so our entire unit wreaked of toxic chemicals. It took multiple complaints to get them to look into it and then multiple hours to “resolve” the issue which meant moving us to a new smaller room that was extremely hot late at night. "Neptune Villas was almost too good to be true - our villa was enormous & comfortable and had a private pool & wrap around deck. We got the space we needed and close to remote beautiful beaches. It was perfect for our family & with a rental car we saw everything we wanted to in Grace Bay & golfing & Da Conch Shell etc. Would definitely stay again!"
