"We booked this place because it said it has 24 shuttle available, we book just for one night as we had our flight at 3am in the morning. When we arrived, the whole hotel smell weird, like old. The reception guy insisted I had to pay for the shuttle ($15) when uber confort was charging like 300 EGP, then they told me I had to stay 3 days to have the shuttle and after fight for my rights and what I paid for, they accepted to give me the shuttle because I won’t needed the breakfast. Owner was reached next day and we got our second night. Owner promised to refund 1st night. Did not. And lied to hotels.com about it. The one night we stayed, sofa bed uncomfortable, no bedsheets or pillows. Dirty laundry left on washing machine. No shower curtain."
