"Floor smelled of smoke. Staff pushy for tips. Better options available. Poor communication. Staff messaged us on whatsapp and then never responded."

"Wonderful breakfast buffet"

"I’m a platinum member and I’m supposed to get a upgrade if available , as soon as I was checking the front desk clerk offered me an upgrade paying more money , I told him I was a platinum member with you and I had a free upgrade and he said it was not available , then I asked him for a room on the upper floors and he said there was none and gave me a room on the 4th floor . "Due to the location of the hotel it was very very loud. In this context the pool on the 3rd floor could not be used because of the ENORMOUS noise. "Excellent to stay in"

"SUPERB place. superb staff. superb service. superb view. you will enjoy every bit of it."

L’équipe est chaleureuse, respectueuse et toujours prête à aider avec le sourire. Le séjour s’est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions du début à la fin. Je...
