This hotel was completely misrepresented and not suitable for a family of four at all. The description is simply not true — the room can barely accommodate two people, let alone four.
The hot water situation was unacceptable. After one person showers, you must wait 15–20 minutes for the heater to recover. For a family of four, this means nearly two hours just to take showers — completely impractical and poorly designed.
Cleanliness was also a serious issue. The bed sheets were not clean and had hair from previous guests on them. It was so uncomfortable that I had to cover the bed with my own clothes just to be able to sleep. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel.
I only stayed one night out of the 10 nights I had booked because the conditions were intolerable. When I requested a refund, it was refused under “hotel policy.” If misleading guests with false descriptions is part of their policy, that’s extremely concerning.
Additionally, the room was not soundproof at all. I was placed behind the front desk and laundry area, and the noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. The balcony was also misleading — it was so small it could barely fit a single chair.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the false advertising, lack of cleanliness, poor amenities, and refusal to address legitimate complaints, I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
