The host refunded the breakfast fee but it caused us inconvenience each day as it added extra time to go a local shop before our tour started."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, despite a few negative points.
The Expedia listing states that laundry facilities are available, but this was not the case. We had specifically chosen this hotel for that reason. Fortunately, we were able to find a public laundromat about a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel is very well insulated from outside noise, and we could not hear any street noise. However, the soundproofing between rooms and common areas is not as good. Some guests were very loud...

"The property is located in a fantastic part of Lisbon, right by Pink street and walkable to lots of attractions. The check in was straightforward and easy to get into the apartment, with instructions forwarded to us before we got there. Communication with the host was great, she was lovely and very helpful.
The apartment itself was very spacious, big high ceilings, two bathrooms and small kitchenette. It is an old building, so it has a rustic feel and overall was clean.
