"They don’t serve eggs for breakfast. They don’t leave water bottles in the room. Their phone chargers doesn’t work. You have to be ready for your stay. The staffs are treated badly by the manager. He was insulting them infront of guest . When I was there one house maid was crying because of manager’s insult . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Brampton. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the overall ambience of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff truly stood out for their hospitality-everyone was friendly, and attentive, and eager to help. Their warm service made the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciate the excellent amenities, including the gym and pool, which were both clean and well equipped. The dining options were great, with fresh and tasty selections that made meals convenient and enjoyable during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was very helpful. Overall, everything from the ambience to the amenities and service exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt Place Brampton to anyone visiting the area. "I have stayed multiple times at this hotel and love it. However the two times I have taken my kids here, it was dissappoiting. The only reason why they come is the blue slide and they have never been able to use it because both times they came, the slide was either closed or not opened on time. Sad!"
