"Found the room not vacuumed with a hair in the drain, hair in the sink, hair on the sink, dust and dirt all over the place and a pubic hair on the bathroom wall. Not to mention the bodily fluids left on the toilet seat. Thank God I had Clorox wipes. I contacted the staff who said that they couldn’t move us. They had no availability and that the cleaning crew would come tomorrow. My issue is that when we came back to the room the following day it still wasn’t clean. I was told a number of different things like the lady was new and that the hotel desk manager personally handled the matter. I was told that the reason things hadn’t been dusted is because there was stuff on the table. There was trash on the table. They didn’t make up the beds, but they did vacuum. The pubic hair was still on the wall. I showed them pictures of everything and I have pictures of everything."

"The staff was really excellent, and did a lot to make us feel at home. My only complaint is that the wifi was spotty, but to be fair, we didn't say anything and the staff had no opportunity to fix it. It's a perfect place to stay if you aren't planning to spend much time in the hotel, which we were not."
