"Lovely new hotel in renovated, historical surroundings! My room was gorgeous, the shower was large and had really nice product, the staff were helpful (although there was some confusion about how often the room got cleaned and it if was possible to request a greater frequency). Note: they need to staff more people for the restaurant. It's a beautiful place but if there's only one person managing orders, billing, and the espresso bar, they're going to be stressed. "We stayed on the 5th floor for two nights and unfortunately were disappointed by the noise levels throughout our stay. On both nights, there was significant noise coming from the kitchen/restaurant area above us between midnight and 1am, which sounded like tables being moved and loud knocking.

"You don’t actually meet any staff but emails and notices at the property are good.
Great location, decent accommodation and well equipped room/ apartment.

"Stayed on a Sunday evening, booked a suite with breakfast. The room was more a large room than a traditional suite. The hotel and room was clean but felt like tired. Attempted to go to the bar which is in the basement, it was unattended so ended up leaving and going to a bar down the road.
Overall stay was okay, no issues but would not come back."
