"Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ. Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert."

"This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again."

"Bugs in room on first floor. Mildew smell in room. Our friend also staying in hotel on different floor also had bugs in his room. Notified staff and they sent housekeeping which offered to clean my toilets. Informed them again upon checkout of bugs and staff were again not helpful. To top it off we dined in The Double Standard and I got ill from eating the food. Overall it had potential with the cool rooftop and nice dining options but extremely disappointing considering the price we paid for...

I was worried about the availability of AC/Air-conditioner/Air conditioning given the heat wave stretching across London and Europe. I can assure you that room 6’s AC is super powerful and we so appreciate it. "The hotel is a charity in an old church building which is a really nice way to conceive of a hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was very small (eg hard to open a carry on suitcase) but had everything you need (eg iron, hair dryer etc). The building is starting to show wear and the lobby feels most like a hostel check in. The sheet and towels were clean and fresh. "Zimmer war Londontypisch sehr klein, reichte für einen Städtetrip jedoch aus. Zimmer waren sauber. Personal war super nett. Vorteil der Gegend ist die Nähe zur Cross kings station, welche einen guten Ausgangspunkt für die jeweiligen Ausflüge dient. Damit einhergehend jedoch auch Bahnhofstypische Personen auf dem Weg zum Hotel. Größter Nachteil war die fehlende Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, was bei Außentemperaturen von über 30°C den Aufenthalt immer Zimmer nicht wirklich angenehm gemacht hat....
