"Inicio muy mal ya que el trato de la persona encargada fue grosera y sin importarle ya que me menciono hágale como quiera, tuve que hacer mil cosas para que me pudieran dar mi reservacion, la estancia está perfecta habitación y comodidad muy bien t. Por cable no siempre funcionó pero en general la habitación estuvo muy bien excelente solo mejoren el trato al cliente al momento de la entrega de la habitación reservada "

"the only issue we had was, there was no electrical power for three outlets for the lamp and reclining chairs , no power to outlet for the tv, no power to light in the laundry room. that I guess was a good thing in a way , we were able to go do more , shopping , beach and pool time. we checked circuit breakers and all seemed fine , none tripped . other than that , the stay was pleasant the view exquisite , easy access to everything , the staff at front desk was cordial and helpful , the...
