"We have enjoyed Pickalbatros Sungo. The property was very clean. The staff very polite, welcoming, nice and helpful. Pools were very clean. We have enjoyed water park. Food was fresh and abundant. The weather in March (end of March) did not cooperate and we had couple gloomy and rainy days but this was not the fault of the resort.

"The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. "Positives about this Riad is its location in heart of old market and city centre . Interiors are very nicely done in traditional Moroccan style and give royal feeling. Biggest Negative of this Riad is its staff. They are very rude and dont know anything about hospitality. I would not recommend this Riad just because of its staff and they will ruin ur holiday and stay."

"Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time....
