"The Pearl is a wonderful place to stay! Everything was perfect"

"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

"Spacious hotel rooms and comfortable beds. The hallways smelled a little odd, but this is likely because you can cook in some of the rooms / some rooms have stovetops. You can't really control what someone is cooking! They have laundry facilities onsite as well and while I did not use them, they looked clean. The fitness center was very clean as well and they even had a Peloton bike. I would definitely stay here again."

"The view was nice the staff was friendly,there was what appears to be mold in the bathroom and spider webs on the wall but over all was ok."

"Great budget friendly hotel on the beach! I had an excellent stay! The beach was on point. Nice tiki bar by the pool, friendly staff, coffee and water in the lobby. The room is worn and the mattress was hard . But it’s clean . Parking is limited by room. We had to park across the street. Close to pier park and restaurants. I would stay here again."

"When we arrived, our rooms was absolutely disgusting. It looked like maybe they made a bed and walked out. The floors were disgusting. Stains from god knows what on the furniture and floor. Luckily, we asked housekeeping to go over the room and they attempted to clean it up. Bathroom was so gross. Dirty floors. We went for the free breakfast the next morning and were told they were out of coffee. People left their scraps on the counter and was not neat. Never again. Pay the extra and stay...
