"We stayed at Hotel Visconti during a heat wave in Europe. The hotel is nice and clean, a little out dated but charming. The staff and breakfast are fantastic, the only real gripe I had is the air conditioning is basically useless, we bought a 10 euro handheld fan from a street vendor that was keeping us more cool than the air conditioning. "I picked this hotel because it is close to the airport and they have an airport shuttle. Well it probably was one of the worst places I stayed at. Room was so old and dingy. It had a bathtub not a shower when I showered the floor became so soaked and slippery. How can they provide a bathtub only in an airport hotel. The AC was stuck on one temperature and I couldn’t change it to cool down the room. Not to mention the fan was so loud I couldn’t sleep….at the end I turned the whole thing off....

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Parking was very easy and free. All the staff were very good but especially the 2 people we had in the restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t get there names. But the mature man and the lady in her late 30’s were outstanding. So much so we stayed until they started their shift the day we left. The Villa needs a little be of TLC but it is beautiful and would highly recommend it if you are in the area. 10/10 all the way. Breakfast and dinner were very good."
