"To look at the room it appeared clean but the next morning we woke up to my husband having bites on his neck from bed bugs. We then moved the matress and bedding and it was filthyb at the head of the bed between the matress and headboard. "

"We had a last minute trip and arrived late in the evening. Check-in agent was friendly enough. But the room had a very bad odor. We had to literally clean the hard surfaces ourselves before we could even unpack. Outside of toilet was soiled with urine and hair, counter surfaces and mirrors were dirty and the floor was so gross, we couldn’t take our shoes off until I hand mopped it. Linens and towels smelled clean but were heavily stained. We didn’t expect the room to be glamorous for the price, but we did expect it to be clean. Only decided to stay because we were too tired to deal with finding something else at that hour. But once we cleaned it ourselves to a reasonable degree, it was tolerable."
