"Works but very old."

"Overpriced and overrated. The room was small and had a primarily obstructed view of an adjacent roof structure. When this issue was mentioned to hotel staff, nothing was done and no compensation was offered. Staff seemed uninterested and disengaged with the overall guest experience and did not even ask us how our stay was upon check-out. Food was overpriced and service was slow in the Vermillion Room. Overall poor experience not worthy of the Fairmont brand."

"Our room was clean. Cleaning staff were kind and friendly. My sons enjoyed the pool although it wasn’t as clean. There were grains at the bottom of the floor. I stepped on a shard and it scratched my foot but nothing major. Check in staff were okay, just basic service. They don’t really go beyond on what you call amazing service. I called to ask for cutlery and I was told to ask Crave restaurant. I went down to ask Crave and they were nice and provided one for me."
