"Needs lots of upgrades/repairs"

"Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. BIG drawbacks were the front doors have no automation- not sure how that is ADA compliant. Have to try to hold them open and drag luggage through two sets of doors. Next, there is not an elevator. I had to drag two suitcases, my briefcase and purse up the stairs to the second floor. Fortunately, I can make a few trips and successfully do this, but it would not be safe for someone with issues with balance or strength."

"Austin was a great host: friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable! His facility is extremely well maintained and his waffles alone are worth the trip! We'll be back!"

"While an older property in need of a refresh, this is a very conveniently located property, well maintained, cleam, and well staffed by professional, welcoming employees."

"Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy"

"The stay was fine, the price was perfect, the place just needs a renovation. It's the only hotel/motel in town and it's a college town, so I would think you want to be a nice place to stay. It worked for what we needed, the staff was great. The big complaint i have was the pull out couch/bed was broken."

"Clean, tons of parking, and really friendly people! One note is that the shower is a bit small which was fine for me but if you are a taller or bigger person you could have some trouble."

"Hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes to Main Street, Ommegang and cider mill. My son liked the breakfast, I only had coffee but it was actually good for hotel coffee. Overall the hotel is clean, the only negative was the carpet in our room was gross, old and stains everywhere. For the price point and location I would stay again while traveling with kids or maybe check out the Hampton inn up the road."

"The first disappointment was how close by the road was.It makes sense for an old hotel, but I found the constant noise and traffic unpleasant and certainly for sitting on the verandah. Also no breakfast is served which is mentioned on website though it definitely was not happening. And lastly I found it tacky to demand a dollar each for drinks in the beverage area.If it costs that much they could incorporate it in the room charge. It just seems unwelcoming"
