"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Unbelievable Experience at Haven Riviera Cancun! From the moment I arrived at Haven Riviera Resort, I knew I was somewhere special. This resort is truly in a league of its own. Everything is elegant, beautifully designed, and looks incredibly luxurious—from the architecture and rooms to the restaurants, pools, landscaping, and every small detail throughout the property. But what truly makes Haven stand out is the hospitality. Five stars simply aren’t enough. For me, this is a 10-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And I have to give special recognition to Juan Carlos, the resort manager. I have rarely met someone who takes such pride in his job and goes so far above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Juan Carlos was there every step of the way, making sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and personal attention made a tremendous difference, and I am truly grateful. I came to Haven for a vacation, but I’m leaving with an experience I will remember for a long time. I will absolutely be back, and I will be recommending Haven Riviera Resort to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for an elegant, luxurious resort with exceptional hospitality and people who genuinely care about their guests, Haven Riviera is the place to go. "room was clean and modern, close to the airport, the breakfast and lunch buffet was phenomenal, huge shoutout to cesar at the buffet, took very good care of us, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, great pool’s, drinks were great, access to the beach was VERY nice and easy, security was great, always asking for our last name and room number, always had shows and interactives for each night, great ambiance, always attentive to detail, made sure we had a wonderful stay each and every night!!!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Every employee were super friendly and super polite. The food was great in most of the restaurants. I would say that it lacks on activities and entertainment specifically at night. But what I think was the biggest issue was that the VIP Louge was a joke. The "exclusive foods" there was literally the same as the main breakfast buffet. I also notice we were not getting the 'top shelf' licors, bartenders were making drinks in a little room instead at the bar with displayed licors. It makes us wondering what else the hidden from customers."
