"This is our 3rd Excellence Cancún resort. Second time at Riviera Cancún. We can’t say enough good things about the staff (especially Sheyla in The Kitchen and Jorge by the pool!!), and the resort itself has lots to offer. Quiet if you want it to be, fun and entertaining when you’re ready! Food allergies? Not a concern! Everyone is very in tune with your personal needs, and they will make meals work for you when they’re able. We’ll be back!!!"

"Friendly staff, booking with Expedia got us a room upgrade and a personal assistant named Samayra. We had issues booking restaurants for dinner in the app and she was able to book us for any dinners we needed. The shows leaned more on the kids"
