"Just got back from an amazing stay in Cancun and had to share! 🌴 The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—always ready to help with a smile and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. And the food… absolutely excellent! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and had plenty of variety to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cancun. "Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent, and the food was good/very good. There were a lot of options for food. There were different options for pools, e.g. active pool area with music and swim-up bar near the beach and quieter options with poolside service near the back of the property. We also used the gym, which was small but nice and clean. The room was spacious and nice; you could see some wear on the property, but nothing to complain about. The staff works hard to maintain the property, and it is very clean. We had one of the ground floor, swim-up rooms, which we really enjoyed. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!"
