Quieter setting, away from downtown. Easy exit to ski hills. Property older and dated, but some upgrades have been done. Room was clean. Parking is tight. Have stayed there multiple times over the years. Will do it again. Enjoy the peace and views over busy touristy downtown.

Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
Very unfriendly staff, got stuck in a basement room for some reason, and the lock to our door broke and we were out of our room until 11pm without any offer of compensation

The Fox Hotel and Suites
Room was very noisy even tho I requested a quiet room. Hot tub was so small and always filled with people. There was not indoor stairs to get to the hot tub and only 1 slow elevator taking so long to get.

Pocaterra Inn and Waterslide
Very clean, staff very friendly, front desk staff very accommodating, Breakfast was a full hot breakfast, with good selection Also nice that is was pet friendly and the pool was nice for the kids. No complaints really!
