"There are limited accom options in Mt Cook and this one is good value for money, clean and comfortable. If you’re staying more than a night there are kitchen facilities. The location is spectacular and most of the rooms have views of the mountains. I would definitely stay here again"

"All my other Expedia bookings went well, but not this one. On check in at 5pm I saw a list of rooms and names, with some else's name down for the room I had booked and prepaid. I was told that person was booked in for 4 days, compared to my one. My booking via Expedia seems to have been ignored or overlooked, and the landlord was somewhat indifferent, despite the email confirmation I showed him.
