B&B di Cantón Abangares

"Beautiful, big apartment (kitchen, dining area, sitting area, big bathroom, and separate bedroom) with ac/heat and private parking. Excellent location, near Monteverde and Santa Elena National Parks. We walked to the downtown area and enjoyed coffee at a local Cafe Monteverde for coffee, lots of shopping, and the guided tour of the Orchid Garden. The breakfast was delicious and the view overlooking the cloud forest was breathtaking! Diego gave us excellent recommendations for spending our time...

"The room and property was overall great and so was the service. They cleaned every day and left beautiful arrangements with the towels. The adjoining restaurant was also excellent. However, I’m taking off two stars because the bathroom was not well maintained construction-wise. The floor was sinking so when you sat on the toilet, you were leaning into the shower. The sink was on a pedestal that came off the wall when I leaned on it to pick up something from the floor and the pipes made an awful...

"Rustic lodges in the trees, small family run property (only 4 lodges). Lovely owners, breakfast brought to your lodge each morning - eggs, toast, jam & fruit. Fridge, kettle and coffee maker in room. Although it isn't far to Monteverde you would need a car."
