"The Daria-I Nor hotel was unexpectedly closed during our stay in Alpe d’Huez. This meant there was no access to the facilities advertised at the time of my original booking. The restaurant was closed for breakfast and evening meals. The Spa, Bar and Ski shop were closed, and access to the Alpe Express was only available via a 100m muddy path rather than through the hotel. The staff were friendly and the swimming pool was adequate. If I had known the hotel was closed I would have booked more...

"Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it."

"Das Apartment war geräumig mit tollem Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Hier und da sind ein paar Reparaturen erforderlich, welche wir auch weitergeben haben. Dies hat uns aber nicht massiv während unseres Aufenthalts beeinträchtigt. Die Pisten waren Fußläufig bzw. mit Ski gut erreichbar (mit Ski konnte man von der Unterkunft direkt zum nächsten Tellerlift und von dort aus weiter zu den weiteren Liften im Ort fahren). Im Ort ist ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker, eine Käserei und...

"This property from the start to end with staff interaction and hospitality were unprofessional and unwilling to be courteous. The property was poorly lit, dirty, and multiple things were broken. This included a door that could not lock, broken toilet lid, terrible smell in the apartment and soiled linens. "
