"1. lost the electric power in the restaurant and microwave machine - hotel told the power breaker was off last night - no excuses 2. Sound of mice in the wall 3. Two lights in the room were lost power connection 4. Room keys are heavy like India Punjab warehouse keys - needs to lock the room door manually for sleep. Then needs to open to move out to the bathroom 5. Every lights are not bright enough - line the lights of mine"

"Es un buen lugar para quedarse una o dos noches, por lo que vi es un poco familiar, por lo que no hay tema con el ruido. Está bastante bien ubicado."

"I ended up here by happy accident! My booked hotel didn't have my reservation, so last minute I traveled late into Lucerne and stayed here. Turned out to be such a wonderful place! Clean, gorgeous view, great location, wonderful host, and some really lovely other travellers staying there. 5 stars all around. Thank you for letting me stay!"

"I had a great stay as a solo traveler. I did a single room and had use of the shared kitchen, which was perfect for my needs. The room was basic but clean and quiet. I really liked the location where I could walk to town and get groceries, and catch the bus to Stoos Ridge, and the bus+train to other locations. It's also a good location for going on morning runs."

"Das Youth Hostel ist sehr schön gelegen am See, es hat ein Restaurant nebenan und eine Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut. Die Zimmer sind allerdings extrem minimalistisch. Es hat kein Lavabo im Zimmer. Den Preis finde ich für das sehr einfache Zimmer mit Gemeinschafts-Lavabo, -Dusche,-WC zu hoch. Zudem war eine oder mehrere Schulklassen bei mir auf der Etage, was nicht gerade für eine erholsame Nacht sorgte..."
