"The apartment is clean, quite big with 2 Bedrooms and bathrooms and suitable for a group of four. Location near to train station only need to walk about 8 minutes if you bring suitcase. The check in time too strict and we cannot request early check in but overall we satisfied with the apartment. "

"This place was beautiful. Close to the main train station and wasn't get to the old town. We had a slight mix up with check in as they told us to meet at the apartment. We waited there and one of the other people staying there told us where the main office was. Luckily it was only a few minute walk. Other than that everything about it was great and we would absolutely recommend anyone staying there. Beautiful apartment. 2 bathrooms. It was a pleasure to come back from a long day of exploring."

"There is no elevator. Rooms were in attic. It was hot. Only one fan was working."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"There’s no privacy in room no locks. The door gets open automatically. There was not hand wash in toilet. And too much noise like they have kind of office in first floor they speak too loud."

"At the moment the reservation was made, a mail with the check in information was supposed to be sent to my mail but it never arrived, so I called a lot of times to the university and after insisting a lot I got the confirmation mail to check in. The place was not super clean and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The only good thing (besides the prices) was the location. Not in my plans to make a reservation here again. I prefer to spend a little more money for a better place."

"Location is great for this property and is fairly modern inside.. 17 mins walk to old town and shops right outside. Unfortunately, the listing was for a queen and double bed however we had double bed and single bed which was not enough room for us. Also, no air conditioning or working fans. The temperature in the room was over 43 degrees when we entered. The room was on the top floor. The main room also has low ceiling above the bed because it’s in an attic /loft type setup so watch your head !...
