"They canceled my reservation and didn’t email me. Very poor communication."

"We spent a wonderful five nights here in a family room and it was a truly immersive rainforest experience we will never forget. "Helen was the perfect host - friendly, outgoing and very helpful in every matter. Communication was easy, room was clean, breakfast great, parking available"

"Beautiful hacienda with gorgeous grounds, huge room and great air conditioning. Beds were comfortable and large. We were served a free hot breakfast on the veranda which was lovely and unexpected. The surrounding location is fairly industrial so we were surprised when we saw the huge gate open and the oasis within."

"El hospedaje es sencillo pero tiene todos los servicios necesarios para pasar el día y es muy útil su ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. El único punto negativo es que no me respondieron sobre el servicio del recogida del aeropuerto"
