"When we checked in front desk staff was eating and was very disrespectful with a bad attitude.
I called the hotel front desk 7 times the morning of checkout but the line kept ringing and nobody picked up.
Eventually, I went up to the front desk to try to speak with somebody but there was nobody there I even waited a good 15 minutes and tried calling out for someone but nobody came.
When we checked out I went to drop off the key cards and someone came around the corner with their mouth full...

"Air conditioner worked great. Electric outlet in the bathroom not working, inconvenient when you need to plug in a blow dryer in front of a mirror. Parking spaces are tight. I don't like my car being that close to other cars. Good location, however it definitely is a motel 6 and not the Hilton. You get what you pay for. The office staff there were accommodating and nice enough."

"There were roaches in our bathroom, i told the front table hoping for a possible extra night in a different room or a percentage of my money back. I am not one to argue or cause a scene if something isn't my way, so i simply left. All the man at the front desk was said that he was sorry and they'll have someone come check for it. "This property is clean and newly renovated. Mice pool area . However, when we arrived ( late in the evening) the air had not been turned on in the room and it was extremely hot. There is a coffee maker provided but no coffee or cream and sugar or cups. The “coffee room” in the lobby had coffee but no creamer just sugar.
The hotel was not too busy and when we asked for a one hour late checkout the person at the desk was very abrupt borderline on rude. She told me that the room was booked...
