"Secrets, Cap Cana, was a kept secret for us, LOL! First time there and what a pleasant surprise. The resort besides being beautiful, is just the right size for me (not too big but not that small either- no extreme walks to get to the pool area, breakfast area, etc.) The room was super spotless. The staff was extremely helpful (they went out of their way to help/guide, etc.), very courteous and cheerful as well. No complaints about the food, plentiful and great tasting at the buffet as well as the different restaurants. Great seafood place for lunch, tried the Hibachi, French and seafood for dinner and they did not disappoint! Wow! Definitely coming back here more often!"

"The room and the grounds were absolutely beautiful, but the property manager Jonel really made this experience perfect. He was professional, engaging, fun, and helped me with anything I needed. He also speaks 7 different languages, so he was able to communicate easily with every single guest. The breakfast was outstanding, the rooftop is beautiful. I can’t say enough about this place! I will definitely stay here again. "

"The property was great. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Overall, the property was excellent, but would do much better with some increase amenities such as wash clothes, shower gel, and hand soap."

"I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. I would say the only thing I think they would could improve on is more food options/restaurants. I especially loved Nina and Marola and was disappointed with dinner at Cassava. I had lunch by the pool everyday and they were great but again, more food options would be a good idea. I loved the St. Regis Bar - it’s more than drinks, they have such attention to detail and the drinks are so inventive and delicious. Overall it was a very relaxing trip and I would absolutely return. "
