"The contactless check-in process and no staff on site means that you need to submit your contact info via a form before arriving. I didn't do this so there was a little run around when I arrived but was still able to check in an hour early, which was nice. The room was decent but the air conditioning was not working. "Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here."

"Very well appointed guest house with a comfortable bed and pleasant rooms, nicely designed and detailed. The breakfast room is separate and nice to spend time in. There is also an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Ample breakfast was served and there is a selection of magazines and daily newspapers for perusal. I’ve stayed in many establishments in Ptown through the years and this is one of my favorites."
