"Location is fantastic. Ocean view from the hotel room is fantastic. This is not 4-star. Rooms aren't clean. Toilet was leaking. Utensils in the kitchen still had food on them from prior guests. Silverfish in kitchen cabinets."

"The Village is a unique experience. From the street it looks like a historic building - but go into the lobby the through to your unit, you are experiencing a community neighbourhood. "Beautiful hotel in an excellent location close to the famous bridge, old town and the shopping area - all within walking distance. We had the loft apartment between three of us and it was spacious and clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay again."

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...
