"The staff was very nice and at first we thought the room was up to par for our taste. Upon waking the next day we found dirty underwear in the bathroom and left over beer cans on and behind the dresser. We had a talk with staff and they apologized with a bottle of Champagne."

"We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely consider visiting again. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for our family. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the location was excellent—close to several beautiful beaches and convenient to local attractions. There were a few drawbacks. Our cottage was located up quite a few stairs, which made carrying luggage and navigating with children a bit challenging. The breakfast options...

"View was amazing! Right across the street from wharf, Boardwalk, shopping and 4 restaurants! It’s great watching the volleyball players across the street on the beach. This is the only motel we stay at when in Santa Cruz."

"Full kitchen with no pots of pans. No cups or plates. Other places have a few items for guest to use. Coffee is offered at the office. Had to wait till they opened to get coffee. BBQ area nice. Pool was cleaned daily. Close to beach"

"Stay was only one night. 3 adults and 4 kids so we did get two rooms. Would’ve like the two rooms to be conjoined but I probably should have requested that at the front desk instead of assuming the rooms would be conjoined. Rooms were close to each other either way. Kids enjoyed the pool and the adults appreciated that a room key card was needed to get into the pool. Overall the rooms were clean I would say just a bit outdated but doable especially for the price."
