"Nice clean room."

"It was comfortable and the location is perfect. It's close to Capitola beach and shopping. The only thing that we did not like was that someone tried to break into our truck in the middle of the night. They didn't succeed. Everything else was good."

"I have two customer service concerns: When I visited the pool at approximately 3:15 I inquired about ordering a beverage at the bar the waiter shared a menu with me and let me know when I was ready to order that the two stuff that we’re coming on would help me when I made a decision and I said OK they never came out like 30 minutes to help me I tried to use a scam scanner on the outside in the pool that was not working. When I went back in there, the two workers were just like standing around...

"Clean room. The downside was their pool was not heated or open and they had no coffee machines in room. Had to wait till 7am to get from office"

"I thought the room was really excellent and the details, from the kettle to the shower were really top of the line. My only complaint was that the super inviting walk in shower, with the giant shower head, had very weak water pressure - it was a real disappointment."

"This was such a quaint stay. The atmosphere was beautiful.Eclectic had good history, well appointed, good location. The staff is not ever present like a.Typical hotel, this is a boutique, so there will be times where you are on your own. Our rome was very nice, but we stayed in the attic, it is fairly small and gets stuffy, but it does have a window that opens to vent. "Our room was very clean and basically appointed. Beds were bouncy and pillows fluffy. I grew up in town and remember the property as a fact lucary spot at the golf course. The grounds feel run down and a little sad- pot holes and un-repaired restroom sink and dirty looking carpets in the clubhouse.
