It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. "The property was only missing a pool however house cleaning was very disappointing I was very disappointed. As to how they left the bed that was a turn off "

"There was no pool available at this property. However property is well maintained and I have no complaints overall my experience at the property was very good and would definitely stay again. Betty the property manager very friendly and ensures her guest are satisfied with the suites she has available. "

The negatives were; no windows in the rooms and the Air conditioner in my room did not work. Maintenance came and made adjustments but did not fix anything. I slept in a warm room for two nights."
