"First off...Mitch was an absolute top notch host! Very accommodating and a wealth of knowledge for us 1st time travelers to Siargao! The grounds were beautiful, well kept and relaxing finishes! There was a little construction going on next door but it didn't bother is much. The location is about 5 minutes tuk tuk ride to General Luna city center where you'll find LOTS of shops, restaurants, bars, wellness centers etc! Book your stay with Mitch at Casa Basa, enjoy Siargao by day and a relaxing swim in their new pool during the evening hours! You'll enjoy your accommodations without a doubt! =) "

"I enjoyed everything about it especially the staff, they were nothing but nice and attentive. I think this place made me fall in love with Sairgao, it was away from all the tourist spots and the scooter rental was done on site! I miss it already. "What an Aamzing hotel ! 1) The owner shares the same faith as I do which is a huge thing for me . 2) the staff are so friendly and helpful . I left my keys 3x on the door handle and my room was never opened . If you get there , talk with the owner and learn the history of the hotel . You’ll truly know the meaning of perseverance , hardwork and dedication . Glad I stayed at this hotel. "

"The stay was wonderful. The location is near all the restaraunts in General Luna. The restaraunt probably has one of the best pizzas I have ever had, especially since Inhad pizza in Napoli before. The service was top notch and all the staff made me feel welcome. I recommend anyone visiting Siargao for the first time to try the Henry out."
