"Breakfast I think was very good. The staff especially during breakfast was helpful and pleasant The bathroom and room were clean ; although during the stay on one day although we were out of our room from 9am in the morning ; at noon our room had still not been cleaned and to had to request it."

"After several years of one out of three lifts being broken, just two small lifts available for the hundreds of people trying to use them .No robes in bedroom to wear to spa/pool, not important but part of the package. Car parking space limited due to a 900 guest wedding so the other guests struggled. ..."
