"The grounds are very pleasant, I mean you have a lake!
But desk staff and especially the fake redhead at the coffee shop were less than convincingly friendly. The young barista with the hair dye job was talking with the other girl(cashier), walked past me, never once looked at me while she placed my drink on the counter right in front of me. Continued walking past, while still conversing with her co-worker, I looked up at my drink, she turned partly around to look at me through her peripheral...

"The bed was sloped and I could feel the springs. The shower had what looked like make-up smeared on the wall. I tried making coffee in the room with the provided coffee and it came out lighter than church coffee. I was expecting something nicer from a Ramada-Wyndham hotel."

"Our room was clean and the location was fairly good. However, the property was not well maintained. The ice machine on our floor was broken our entire 4-day stay. Bathtub leaked and when I say leaked I mean I could have filled a bucket of water with it within a few minutes. Blinds wouldn't close properly so the annoying light shined in. When we asked for a maintenance person, they said he was not on site. Eventually they moved us to a different room which was better."

"The first night was fine. The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email. That was rude...

"As the first timer, the resort was a lot to unpack! Just know that that is a lot going on visually and audibly when you walk into the lobby and through the restaurant. I do however appreciate that once we got to our room, everything was toned down enough to unwind. I would definitely stay again. There was a temporary power outage, but I had to believe that that was a one off. Other than that, it was so convenient to go to and from the park as well as go down to eat. My kids had a blast!"

"Basic hotel very close to highway and hard to get to with traffic. Good AC and big TV with just streaming options. Comfy bed and pillows. Secure parking lot where you need your room key to enter and exit. Small toilet and weak shower and tap pressure. Hand soap and body wash containers empty and even not affixed properly. Shower drain seemed rusted and there was hair, not cleaned properly. Decent breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausages though the sausages were cold!"

"Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was helpful. Valet parking took a bit long on certain days to get your car but overall great experience. Also there were times when there was no hot water in the shower in the mornings, had to wait till the water got warm. Would stay here again though. Great location."

"I did not like the rooms every thing is very old. The bed is not good, the towels are very small and thin. We got there at night there were homeless in property they look like they where selling drugs. Some people act like they live there it was weird. I will never stay there again."
