"I like The property. Not that big but well maintained. Housekeeping everyday which I like the most. The property clean and tidy including the room, only its small size for three people. We were not given a refill of coffee and tea but there was kettle and keurig. The staffs are very nice, friendly helpful and accommodating. "We've been visiting Nice for 20+ years, and stayed in lots of hotels. This is a new favourite: perfect location; the room was spotless, with a good shower; the balcony was wonderful; the staff friendly. Only downside was that the bed was a bit small! But if that's all you have to complain about, you've had a good time. Brilliant - highly recommended."

If you're looking for something a bit quirky, this might be for you. One of the curtains isn't quite big enough for one of the windows, the shower is basically in the bedroom, and one day we were left a lemon scented hand wipe in error in place of a tea bag!
