"Such a wonderful hotel!!!! We loved everything about it! The location is perfect and far enough from all the downtown chaos but close enough to all the major shopping places. If we ever visit pigeon forge again we will definitely stay here again!"

"Upon our arrival, I immediately noticed how clean and well-maintained the property was. As I approached the front desk, Mackenzie greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. Once I checked in, she took the time to explain all of the amenities the property had to offer in great detail. She also made it very clear that they are a family-oriented business and encouraged us to let them know if we experienced any issues during our stay. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets offered a wide variety of options, so there was something for everyone to enjoy. Our Grandson enjoyed the pool and the splash pad. I personally enjoyed the heated spa! The location was also excellent and very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again soon!"

"This was a very nice hotel. The lobby was very beautiful very inviting. They have a bar in there. It’s nice to sit in an unwind! Only complain about the bar was a couple of the tap beers were sour! I would recommend it changing your kegs often if they’re not being used. The room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable. The pillows were great. The gentleman that greeted me when I came in was super nice. He was from Colombia! You couldn’t meet a nicer person. The bartender was absolutely wonderful and friendly. Even the cleaning staff was nice. This property has a pool as well. The pool is very nice however we did not use it. We were not there long enough. But I think it was very nice. The price was very fair now we did go on a Sunday evening, which Sundays tend to be cheaper. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come through the area, which is pretty often. I give it all the stars. One more thing it’s on the road behind the main road if you’re coming out of town it’s on the left-hand side after you pass Margaritaville. Which makes it nice cause it’s very quiet and cozy. Don’t miss this gem!"
