"Staff on reception and at breakfast so helpful and kind..room quiet and very clean. Very smooth checkin/out..lovely breakfast with plentiful food, constantly replenished efficiently. Will return and highly recommend to all..in ideal 15 minute walking distance from ABBA Arena..10 minute walk from Stratford Station...DLR nearby too."

"Lovely clean room very surprised about how much it was i felt like i could of paid more would come back"

"Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Prima Lage mit guter Anbindung an alle Verkehrsmittel. Große saubere Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, nur die Brotauswahl könnte besser sein. Die Bar und das Abendessen waren auch super."

"That’s"

"Super location, awesome vibe, more than comfy room, amazing bed and pillows. Staff could not be better. Just a great hotel!"

"We know the area well having lived there previously. It’s extremely well connected for getting into the centre of town quickly. Also options nearby for eating and drinking."

"Good reception team , good rooms clean toilets and close to Stratford station"

"Zufrieden"

"Lovely clean and well equipped cosy room with a super comfortable bed. Friendly welcome and easy to find."

"Ruangan kamar yang kami tempati di musim dingin suhu kamar kurang hangat."

"The property was very clean near public transport and new but check in wasn’t easy the host was unresponsive we had to wait for an hour for the key and and we . Bad furniture i almost broke my back"

"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."

"ensemble correct mais chambre donnant cote rue donc très bruyant, humide car peu aérée. cuisine partagée , pas.tjrs très propre.. petit déjeuner sommaire ( café lyophilisé, beurre végétal, ) proche d'une station de métro a 20 - 30 mon du centre ville pas grand chose pour manger autour"

"Great location"

"As we only needed to stay the night at the City Stay the hotel did exactly what was needed. The room itself could do with a basic revamp. The floor between the bedroom and toilet was worn, and flooring has warped and risen, making it a bit painful underfoot. The fans need to have a clean/dust as when we turned it on dust was sent around the room. Otherwise the room did what we needed."

"We had everything we needed for our stay, the location was great and the fan was much appreciated! Basic accommodation but clean and easy check in, great communication"
