"Fortunately, I was paying minimum 350 a night and two different nights I complained of roaches just you know I don’t wanna say too much because some of the staff at the front desk were so amazing to me and tried to do the most they can but of course you know it’s up to corporate, so I’ll just leave it at that"

"Hotel had no hot water and had to shower with a cold shower. It is a suite hotel with a kitchen. The room had no utensils and the front desk had no forks, spoons, etc. TV kept going out"

"Good central location. Parking spots are a little tight if you are in a truck or SUV. Self check-in was great. The room was clean, basic and reasonably comfortable. Air conditioners are very old and noisy but kept the room nice and cool and helped drown out the road noise! "

"Room was cozy and clean, property was charming and welcoming. There were plants everywhere and the parrots were fascinating. There's a small patio with two seating areas and a public laundry area. The kitchenette had a sink, mini fridge, and microwave. The one down side, which is completely out of their control, is the trains being so close - across the street. I definitely wished I had ear plugs for the road noise and the train that woke me in the night. It's a very sweet place though with good...
