I had submitted specific room requests and, not only were they fulfilled, I was also provided extra care in terms of anticipated needs – i.e. an umbrella to use during my stay given the rain. The freezer compartment of the fridge does not even chill ice packs. It’s okay for 1–2 nights if you’re just passing through, but I wouldn’t recommend it for resting."
