"Loved everything about this place but the location. The area seemed more run down than the south eastern parts of Florence. That being said we didn’t really feel that unsafe. There were kids running around the neighborhood. Restaurants weren’t as accessible during the early dinner hours. It was closer to the airport though which is why we chose it, but next time we’d probably just stay in the more downtown Florence area. "

"The hotel is 5 minute walk to the tram system that took us into Florence. It had underground parking that was quite safe. The staff was over and beyond helpful. We arrived late check in, was out late one night, and the overnight staff was the most delightful man to chat with. He was like a long lost friend.
