"Florence Comfort B and B had the greatest front desk attendant/hostess/tour guide,"

"We had a wonderful experience with hotel owners. Great hospitality, beautiful room, perfect location. Breakfast included, good selection of breakfast options. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Florence"

"Great place to stay and spacious room:)"

"Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Location is great too, only a short tram ride to the city centre. Loved the birthday pancakes for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Only minor downside is the hotel is next to a busy road and you could hear the traffic when trying to relax in the garden."

"Very well maintained property"

"This hotel is an excellent option to stay near the airport."

"Great location if you have an early flight out of Florence, Also near to car rental drop off which has an airport shuttle."

"Close to airport, friendly staff, clean rooms with nice working AC."

"Stunningly beautiful property with unbelievable vistas from the dining room and pool (amazing). The staff were attentive, helpful, and cheerful and the food was excellent (some of the best we had in all of Italy). They offer free shuttle rides to the city with the last shuttle returning at 6:30 PM. We felt pampered and would actually have preferred to have stayed and spent more time at the hotel rather than running around Florence. Great place to relax and decompress."

"Very helpful staff at the front desk."

"Conveniently located, easy parking, extremely friendly staff, delicious breakfast, quirky rooms."

"Very clean, staff was helpful and easy shuttle to the local airport."

"Fantastic location "

"Staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly! Convenient location near airport. Room was clean and comfortable!"

"The hotel is far from the old town but it is close to airport."

"Excelent attention from Rebecca the customer service"

"The property has smell…breakfast is good."

"Very close to the air. They had a shuttle that we were able to take at 4:30am. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They served excellent dinners. It was close to T2 tram that went to to downtown and the main train station. It was perfect for our needs."

"It felt like soundproofing was never a thing here. Just an old-school inn you stay at strictly because it's cheap."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome and check-in process went smoothly. The room and bathroom were clean. However, the room itself felt cool and uninviting. The only window is a sealed one located two meters up, so hardly any daylight gets in. In an emergency, there is no way out. Breakfast was decent."
