"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

Did not have laundry service as listed, did not have airport shuttle as listed, staff had bad advice about how early to get to airport. Room was very basic with no extras like coffee, tea, water, etc. Did not dare to try eating in hotel."
