"Alessia was so nice and helpful! Great communication on WhatsApp. We were here one night and it was perfect. We were able to check in immediately after our long flight. We used their shuttle service from the airport for 58 EUR and it was so convenient! Free water cooler in the lobby was nice and the private courtyard area was cute!"
