Hotel murah di Kastil Ashby

"Very bad experience. It's not a 4 starts hotel, it's just an overpriced AirBnB, no breakfast, no services at all. Also rude staff who didn't provide any info about the property and surroundings. The check-in consisted in a rude woman who handed the key, rushed us into the room and left. They didn't even provide the wifi password. This is not the way to treat guests. To avoid at all costs, despite the beautiful location."

"Food was good and homemade. But rooms need much investment. Mattress you could feel the springs. Pillows lumpy. Kettle lid broken. Shelf in bathroom broken. Blind broken. Tv had electrical fault and kept coming on during the night. "

"We had a lovely stay. The room and bedding’s were clean. Staff was helpful. The breakfast was delicious but the same menu everyday which did get tiring after a while. Only issue was the sound from the Aircon which kept going off and on through the night. Other than that we’ll definitely be coming back when we’re in the area"

They let us check in even though we were slightly early and they changed the room to a ground floor one so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. The room was perfect. Clean, spacious and welcoming. "The hotel looked very dull on the outside but from the moment we walked through the door it was lovely. The foyer is comfy and welcoming, the staff were all friendly and helpful, our room was cosy, clean and had great air con. Breakfast was really nicely laid out and a good variety of hot and cold foods. We were very happy with our stay. "

"Stayed to attend British GT weekend. Dinner was excellent. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Staff helpful. Our toilet cistern stopped working on second morning and hotel advised on check out. Staff concerned and apologised profusely. Would stay again."
