"The hotel was situated in town centre. Walkable to the river, local attractions and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and they have a small spa located next door which we used one morning. We did not eat breakfast there so unable to comment on food, the rooftop bar was lovely for drinks. Our door was difficult to open but staff were helpful and efficient."

"Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. It was our 4th time at this hotel, but the day we arrived they were changing the chain of the hotel so they had problem with the system and it interfered with our stay. We arrived at the hotel 9:30 am. They promised our room for 1 pm, but the check-in was possible only after 3 pm. Very disappointing because we were exhausted!"

"Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß aber ausreichend. Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten, vor allem im Badezimmer, wären schön gewesen. Auch der "Schrank" war recht klein. Aber für wenige Tage war es ok. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir auch lecker. Die Lage ist gut, zur Stadt ist es zwar ein kleines Stückchen aber man kann laufen oder den Bus nehmen und dafür ist vor der Türe eine schöne Ansammlung an Restaurants, Food Trucks, Bars, Läden und natürlich der Bahnhof. "Nice hotel. Good restaurant in the hotel itself and a couple restaurants within the small community. There is also a grocery store close by. Cambridge is a nice 40min walk and has plenty of dining options."

"Such a lovely hotel with lots of history, 8 minute walk to the town. Beautiful decor and extremely friendly and helpful staff from the reception staff to the bar staff. They upgraded our room for free due to a celebration booking and could not have been more lovely. Thank you!"
